New Zealand Shipping Fees:

• Shipping cost will be calculated based on the location at checkout. Contact us if you want to know the shipping charges.

Click and Collect:

• Orders are ready for Click and Collect within 24 hours at no additional cost.

Shipping Location:

• We stock in New Zealand and normally dispatch every day except weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframe is typically 3-5 days.
• All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours in business days. You will receive an email once the order is dispatched.
• Our courier partners are NZ POST, Mainfreight, Aramax, Fliway and NZ Courier.

Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can lodge enquiries through this link.

Delivery Time Frame:

• Once dispatched from our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-5 days. Allow an additional 2-3 days for rural areas.
• South Island order delivery time frame may be affected by the ferry schedule, which you can track with the provided tracking link.

My courier is delayed?

• Estimated arrival dates may change due to unforeseen events like breakdowns, traffic, schedule limits, or priority given to time-sensitive freight. We cannot control these factors, as they depend on the courier services we use.
• Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the courier determines the item was lost during transit. This process can take a few weeks from the initial order date.

What if my courier is lost in transit?

• If the courier company deems your items as lost in transit, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost to you.

Return & Refund Policy

• We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us.
• If goods sent to you are faulty or sent in error, we will provide a prepaid courier label for returns. We do not accept returns on opened or used items unless faulty. Contact us before opening the item if you wish to return it.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
• To start a return, contact us at info@kiwibargain.co.nz. Returns should be sent to 39D Honan Place, Avondale, Auckland 1026. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

• Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges:

• The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
