Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay & more. Rest assured, our payment processing is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Is your website safe and secure?

Shopping on Kiwi Bargain is safe and secure. We use advanced encryption technology to protect your personal and financial information. To complete your purchase, we do need to collect some personal information. You can read more about how this information is stored in our full PRIVACY section. 

Are your products safe for my children?

Yes. We only work with quality suppliers that use top-notch materials. All products are safety tested prior to being distributed. We also have particular safety products available such as our playpens and baby safety gates.

Where is your store located?

We are located at 4/152 Lansford Crescent, Avondale, Auckland 0600. Please call us at 098865636 or message us if you are planning to visit. Please visit our contact us page for opening hours.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the New Zealand only. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 24 to 48 hours. Order placed on weekends and public holidays can only be shipped on next business day.

What if my item is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase and take steps to ensure items are shipped without damages.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
